Application Form Review

In this stage, we will conduct an internal review of your application form and resume to assess whether you’re the right fit for the job.


Stage 3

Stage 1 Interview

After reviewing your Romy Application Form, we will invite you to a Stage 1 interview to discuss your skills in detail.



Stage 4

Stage 2 Interview

In this Stage 2 interview, you'll have the opportunity to meet the rest of our team. We'll dive deeper into your background, values, and what drives you, as we determine together whether you're the ideal fit for our client.
Stage 5

NDA Signature

After successfully passing our Stage 2 interview, you will receive a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as part of our process. This ensures confidentiality and allows us to safely share all relevant client information with you.


Stage 6

Preparation Call

We’re confident that you’re a great match for our client. In this call, we’ll equip you with all the tips, pointers, and tools you need to ensure a successful meeting and secure the job.

Stage 7

PaperWork

If the client decides to move forward with you, we'll promptly send out all the necessary paperwork to onboard you, including your contract and other essential documents.







Stage 8

Onboarding

In this stage, you'll be onboarded during a 30-minute call with both the Romy team and our client. We'll discuss general expectations and provide guidance on how you can excel in your role.
Stage 9

Hired

Congratulations on completing our process! Your day-to-day work with our client will now begin. We’ll be checking in with you regularly to ensure everything is running smoothly and that you're happy in your role. Here’s to a long-term, stable position as a Romy Associate—welcome to the team!
